Yes, it's an active team, and I'm quite happy with it.

That's a bit discouraging, yes.  On the other hand, you don't have to go
through endless debates in case you want to change anything significant,
like the build or revision control systems. :)

Misunderstandings, or assumptions, seem to be the cause of much noise
and unhappyness.  Getting people together helps a lot.
