[Pkg-puppet-devel] Updating the upstream branch

There'll be a small torrent of mail now, since I've merged puppet
2.6.0rc3 from puppetlabs, and pushed this to our upstream branch at
alioth.

I'm doing packaging development on a local branch; I'll merge this to my
local master branch and push it to the master branch at alioth when I've
tested that the packages install and run (or test) as expected.
