[Pkg-puppet-devel] Uploaded 2.6.1-1 to experimental

I've uploaded 2.6.1-1 to experimental.  

It is (or should be) identical to the recent maverick upload, except
that I have added a depencency for puppet on ruby1.8 to make lintian
stop grumbling.
