[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#651025: puppet: should depend on ruby instead of ruby1.8

Dear Maintainer,

Please change the dependencies for all the Puppet packages to depend on ruby and not ruby1.8.  According to James Turnbull, Puppet has supported 1.9.2+ since 2.7.0.
