[Pkg-puppet-devel] facter for multiple ruby versions in experimental

I've put the new facter 1.6.0 release candidate in experimental.

Notable changes:

 * Packaged to work for multiple ruby versions.

 * Built using gem2deb (http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Ruby/RubyInWheezy)

The rewrite of debian/rules made it very small. The package is now built
using "dh_ruby" from debhelper, with no deviation from its standard.

Note: facter runs 20% faster on ruby 1.8 compared to 1.9, which is kind
of strange. Shouldn't it be the other way around? :)
