I would propose commit c29ee05ef, with adjusted version numbers for the
last version not including the commit.

It removes obsolete configuration files from the puppet package, which
have moved to other packages. Including it ensures that logrotate does
not break completely down when you have both the "puppet" and
"puppetmaster" packages installed. (#564947, #611615)
