Hello,

I have prepared an new version of MCollective. Mainly only debconf
translation updates and rewritten debconf templates. I have also
changed the depends of two ruby libraries and added the DM-Upload field
to d/control.

  * configuration files: chmod 600, prevent world-readable (Closes: #643624)
  * d/control: Changed Depends:
   - libstomp-ruby -> ruby-stomp
   - libsystemu-ruby -> ruby-systemu
  * d/control: Added DM-Upload
  * Debconf templates and debian/control reviewed by the debian-l10n-
    english team as part of the Smith review project. Closes: #644464
