[Pkg-puppet-devel] Facter 1.6.3 ready for upload

I've updated the facter master/upstream branches to 1.6.3, and pushed
this to alioth. It builds and runs with no noticeable changes.

Do any of you have pending changes to the packaging I should merge, or
should I just upload? I've pushed the upstream/1.6.3 tag to alioth, but
not the debian/1.6.3-1 tag yet.
