Digant's out this week at a conference and is the person who really you
want to comment on this, since he was most recently looking at it. But
the last time I looked at this, it looked remarkably like the behavior in
the Puppet master depends, now, on a version of the Ruby STOMP library
that's newer than anything that's in Debian. (Thankfully, it's a trivial
fix.)
