[Pkg-puppet-devel] Purged packages will be reinstalled by aptitude

Hi,

I'm not exactly sure whether this a bug in puppet or aptitude or ..., so 
I'm posting it here first looking for input.

When I remove a package using

package{"something":
	ensure => purged
}

it is purged correctly. However, when I run aptitude it is pending 
installation (would be installed if I press 'g'). Is this a bug in 
puppet? Or is this caused by puppet using apt-get and me using aptitude?

Seeing this on both squeeze and wheezy.
