Aha, you are right, I got the -1 version before.

I've been reviewing things and preparing for upload. 

I noticed something, in the description for mcollective-client:

 This package contains the MCollective client stuff:
  - mco
  - mc
  - mc-rpc
  - mc-facts
  - mc-find-hosts
  - mc-ping
  - mc-call-agent
  - mc-controller
  - mc-inventory

However, the mcollective-client package only contains the following
binaries:

/usr/sbin/mc-call-agent
/usr/sbin/mc-inventory
/usr/sbin/mc-rpc
/usr/sbin/mc-controller
/usr/sbin/mc-ping
/usr/sbin/mc-find-hosts
/usr/sbin/mc-facts
/usr/bin/mco

so where is 'mc'? Is that even a mcollective binary? It doesn't appear
to be shipped with the package. If it is, it might interfere with
Midnight Commander (in the 'mc' package).

Also, have you considered making a mcollective-plugins package? Perhaps
with some of these:
