MCollective package was rejected - it was my fault. Not checked the
d/copyright, only taken from Ubuntu. :(

I have now updated the d/copyright file and also stripped two files from
+dsfg tarball.

The files
	ext/activemq/wlcg-patch.tgz
	ext/activemq/apache-activemq.spec

contains stuff from the ActiveMQ upstream tarball.

Could you please double check if it's now ok and please upload it again?
