[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#670330: puppet-el: auto-mode-alist regexp

For the puppet-mode auto-mode-alist entry it's usual to write

    "\\.pp\\'"

rather than

    "\\.pp$"

since the latter can match a newline in the middle of a filename.  Not
that there ought to be newlines in filenames, but end-of-string is the
aim.
