[Pkg-puppet-devel] Puppet 2.7 and ruby version

I decided to follow the Puppet Labs version support matrix at
http://docs.puppetlabs.com/guides/platforms.html, and restricted puppet
2.7 to ruby1.8.

I would have loved to use a (hopefully) better ruby version in wheezy,
but puppet 3.0 should be there in time for wheezy-backports. :)
