[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#661927: puppetmaster: init.d status script returns incorrect code when START=no

Hi,

When START is set to no in the /etc/default/puppetmaster file, the
status command of the init script returns 0 which is incorrect.

I should probably return 3 to express that the daemon is not running.
