Hi,

It seems that the DocumentRoot in apache2.site.conf.tmpl (and then in
the apache config file) seems to be wrong.

It should be set to /usr/share/puppet/rack/puppetmasterd/public/ and the
Directory permissions should also be set accordingly
(/usr/share/puppet/rack/puppetmasterd/)
