[Pkg-puppet-devel] puppet and facter in experimental

I'm uploading facter 2.0.0~rc1 to experimental, and intend to use that
for the upcoming puppet 3 rc as well.

Hopefully, this will ensure we get to know puppet 3 well enough to
figure out if we can put it into testing in time for the wheezy freeze.
I'd really like that to happen, but I remember the mad scrambling just
before the last stable, so I won't promise anything, even to myself. :)
