[Pkg-puppet-devel] Testing new option for "git import-orig", --upstream-vcs-tag

For the experimental facter releases, I've tested importing the source
tarballs using the "--upstream-vcs-tag" option.

When the packaging repo also has the git://github.com/puppetlabs/facter
repo as remote, the tag from that repository is linked as parent of the
tarball import. If a packaging repository does not have that remote,
there should be no change.

This makes the push emails from alioth more detailed, but it should also
enable us to see if a given commit is included in a debian release, when
using git query tools.

Any thoughts about this?
