[Pkg-puppet-devel] Processing of facter_1.6.9-2_amd64.changes

I uploaded a -2 of facter. pulling a fix for #14582. It was really
annoying! I made it urgency medium because it had already transitioned
to testing and I had already made a backport of it. 

Debian FTP Masters <ftpmaster at ftp-master.debian.org> writes:

> facter_1.6.9-2.dsc has incorrect size; deleting it
> Due to the errors above, the .changes file couldn't be processed.
> Please fix the problems for the upload to happen.

I fixed that... my connection is not so stable. :P
