Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'squeeze'.
It installed fine in 'squeeze', then the upgrade to 'wheezy' fails.
>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):
  Setting up puppetmaster-common (3.0.0~rc2-1) ...
  invoke-rc.d: policy-rc.d denied execution of start.
  Setting up puppetmaster-passenger (3.0.0~rc2-1) ...
  Preserving user changes to /etc/apache2/sites-available/puppetmaster.conf (renamed from /etc/apache2/sites-available/puppetmaster)...
  mv: cannot stat `/etc/apache2/sites-available/puppetmaster.conf': No such file or directory
  dpkg: error processing puppetmaster-passenger (--configure):
   subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
