As far as I can tell, the only place where facter tries to run
/usr/sbin/xm is in xendomains.rb:
    xm_list = Facter::Util::Resolution.exec('/usr/sbin/xm list 2>/dev/null')

This (both "facter xendomains" and "/usr/sbin/xm list 2>/dev/null")
runs fine for me with version 4.1.3-2 of xen-utils-common, which is
the latest I see in wheezy.
