[Pkg-puppet-devel] New "check-versions" in the pkg-puppet meta repository

In the pkg-puppet meta repository, there's now a "bin/check-versions"
script.  Its functionality is a _very_ small subset of PET
(http://pet.alioth.debian.org/), which we probably also should start
using.

Output is one block of text per package, for example:
