[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#788124: By default, produces a configuration incompatible with Apache 2.4

Unless apache_version is set to 2.4 in the apache class, the module produces a configuration for apache 2.2, which is not packaged in Jessie. Furthermore, the configuration produced is not compatible with Apache 2.4: it tries to load modules that do not exist anymore, among others.
