[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#827867: puppet-agent package is not really necessary and conflicts with the upstream package by the same name

The package is still to be removed.  I'm a tad bit short of free time to
take care of it, so help would be welcome, if anyone else has time to do
this bug.
