[Pkg-puppet-devel] Dropping puppet-agent?

Hi Stig,

Since we (hopefully) have just enough time for a final upload before the
freeze, I started having a look at #826730 and then #850437, which
turned out to be the same bug. The conffile situation must obviously be
resolved before Stretch and the obvious solution would be to keep the
`puppet' service name, since that's what most systems out there are
using. In that case, I wonder if it makes any sense at all to keep the
puppet-agent package around, and seeing you agree with upstream on
#827867 makes me think it's a good time to drop it.

Before I go ahead and do so, I'd like your approval, just in case I'm
missing something wrt. the decision to split the packages in the first
place.

Cheers,
Apollon
