This list is still used, it's the default contact email for our team

According to mailman https://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-puppet-devel
owner are micah_at_users.alioth.debian.org and nigel_at_explanatorygap.net

I'm admin on the pkg-puppet alioth project, and I tried to reset the password
of the list, but without success (I didn't receive any token…)

Let me know if we could migrate this list anyway and update owner afterward…
