Just a small status update:

 - I uploaded Puppet 5.4.0 to unstable yesterday. My initial testing was
encouraging, and it seems that the migration path from 4.8 to 5.4 is
nothing like 3.x to 4: manifests should be mostly compatible, and I
assume agent-master compatibility is not broken (haven't verified yet
   though).

 - I'm looking into facter 3, currently packaging leatherman and
cpp-hocon, largely based on previous work by Faidon. If all goes
well, I'm planning to do this in a sprint and have everything
uploaded before Real Life™ catches on :)

 - PuppetDB is still in a somewhat messy state, mostly because the
Clojure libraries need some attention. Now that we got leiningen in
the archive, it should be pretty straightforward to get things to
build in a reasonable way, but I'm afraid this will have to wait a
bit, the bad thing being that PuppetDB won't end up in Ubuntu 18.04.

Cheers,
Apollon
