[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#978576: puppet: please ship the hiera executable

Dear maintainer,

Would it be possible to ship the 'hiera' executable for the Bullseye
release in this package? It seems to be what upstream does with the file
they ship in /opt/puppetlabs/puppet/bin/hiera.

It would make it possible to drop the old "hiera" package, that ships
hiera 3.
