[Pkg-puppet-devel] Please set me with higher rights on puppet-team

Hi,

I'm currently with the rights "developer", which prevents me from
tweaking projects in the team.

I have worked out a puppet-module-puppetlabs-augeas-core so we can move
to that for Puppet 6, and I intend to do the rest of, but I'm stuck with
not being able to push my debian/unstable branch because I don't have
enough rights. Please fix this.
