Hey Sven,

facter definitely build-depends on libcpp-hocon-dev. In turn, puppet depends on facter.

facter needs an update to a newer upstream release. I think facter 4.x completely drops the native code in favor of full ruby. Then we can probably remove cpp-hocon.
