[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#992800: puppet agent breaks after upgrade to bullseye on arm architecture

I just ran into this and found that it was caused by libfacter being linked to two different Boost versions.

Upgrading facter and libfacter to 3.14.12-1+b2 fixed the problem.
