[Pkg-puppet-devel] Puppet Agent 7 package in Debian Experimental

Hi,

just found your Puppet Agent 7.16.0 package in Debian Experimental.
Good to know it exists as Puppetlabs isn't willing to release arm64
packages in the near future.

Anyway, just wanted to mention two things about the dependencies:

   1. Hiera is not needed anymore. The Puppet Gem contains Hiera 5
      (since Puppet 6 AFAIK), to which many users might have updated
      their Hiera files already
   2. Facter should be at version 4.x, not 3.x (the Puppelabs packages
      ship Facter 4.2.11)

Having said that, I've got some Puppet test machines here which I could
use to betatest your package.
