[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#1028330: puppetserver: please run the upstream testsuite in an autopkgtest

To make this package more robust (the Clojure ecosystem is quite flaky 
in Debian...) we should be running the upstream testsuite in an autopkgtest.
