[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#1028334: puppetserver: install default configuration files

Severity: important

At the moment, default configuration files are not installed at all. 
They seem to be shipped in the "ezbake" directory.

Things will probably need to be patched, as we don't use the same 
directories upstream does.
