First, thank you so much for packaging puppetserver and puppet-agent
7.x for Bookworm!

And
/usr/share/rubygems-integration/all/specifications/puppetserver-ca-2.3.6.gemspec
does not exist.

Interestingly, I have ruby-puppetserver-ca-cli 2.4.0-1 installed,
which includes
/usr/share/rubygems-integration/all/specifications/puppetserver-ca-2.4.0.gemspec.

This satisfies the current dependency that puppetserver has:

  ruby-puppetserver-ca-cli (>= 2.3.6)
