currently redirects to
   https://tickets-archive.ops.puppetlabs.net/projects/mcollective
which doesn't resolve.

A search for "mcollective" finds
   https://forge.puppet.com/modules/puppet/mcollective
   https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-mcollective

Also in the README.md in that github project there are links to things like
   https://www.puppet.com/docs/mcollective/deploy/standard.html
that are broken. But the link
   https://www.puppet.com/docs/mcollective
redirects to the above forge link.

I guess they moved stuff around but didn't setup all the needed redirects.

So I guess the debian package should update Homepage, but also look for 
any broken links and fix them (in upstream would be ok I think, no need 
for debian patch IMO).
