[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#1069162: Please use correct commands in systemd service file

Hi,

the problem can easily be fixed by using the correct commands to
start/stop/reload PuppetServer, namely

   /usr/bin/puppetserver start|stop|reload

as is done in the Puppetlabs packages, too. See "puppetserver --help".
