Thanks for the bug report. I've been able to reproduce the issue, even 
though the build log extract doesn't highlight the relevant part.

The problem consists of 3 failing unit test cases in 
puppetlabs.puppetdb.command-test, which have appeared after 
libpostgresql-jdbc-java_42.7.7-1 was uploaded to Debian.

When building with libpostgresql-jdbc-java_42.7.6-1, the problem doesn't 
occur.
