It is not you. It's bzr that in this respect sucks badly. It fails to
propagate group ownerships when new knit directories are created. The
03/ knit directory indeed contained files which bzr creates as owned by
"zack:zack" instead of by "zack:pkg-python-debian".

I've fixed those two, but the problem is widespread in the repo. Dato is
going to ask on #alioth, apparently an ACL can fix this.
