tags for trunk in place; remember to `bzr tag x.y.z; bzr push` when uploading

Okay, done. There were svn-like tags for 0.1.[0134], which I checked
against snapshot.d.n and were corrent. And I used snapshot.d.n again to
generate tags for 0.1.2 and 0.1.5. Backup trunk is in backup/trunk.notags.
