I'm waiting on one more fix from python-apt (#572596).  That fix is
uploaded now; I just don't want to break everybody who upgrades
python-debian while waiting on buildd's to build python-apt.

Hopefully that won't take long, and we'll have an upload this weekend at
the latest.
