Sorry.  I interpreted everything I read more like "send us a heads up",
rather than "please wait for acknowledgement".  I wasn't trying to be
impatient or pushy - I thought I would just deal with the upload
rejection if it wasn't appropriate for stable-updates.  I'll wait for an
acknowledgement next time.
