In an IRC discussion today, Stuart pointed out that his position is
that this package's Section value should be corrected, but the FTP
masters over-ruled that decision:

    <themill> I have already expressed my opinion on the matter in the
              Section field that has been specified. ftp-* have disagreed.

He is not motivated to provide the information he has on that ruling
from the FTP masters:

               add
    < themill> I would have to search for it just as long as you

> Please feel free to reopen/reassign to ftp.d.o if you want it
> changed.

I don't have any information to justify an assertion the bug lies with
ftp.d.o.

Since the maintainer explicitly states the intention to not resolve or
improve this bug, I am tagging this report accordingly.
