python-debian: missing info in pypi release

Thanks for the suggestion, I've just uploaded a new release and I've 
included additional metadata via setup.py.

If there's further metadata you'd recommend, or any other patches you'd like 
to contribute :) , then merge requests on salsa are always appreciated!
