It's from the apt.postgresql.org infrastructure:

Other archs (amd64, arm64) were not expected. I would attribute that
to version skew between the architectures, but that doesn't explain
why forky is also affected which should pretty much in sync all the
time.
This is autopkgtest running inside a schroot of the target
distribution/arch (using the null virt).
