Rakudo 0.1~2011.07-1 ready for upload

Hi all,

I've updated rakudo to the new upstream release 2011.07, now that parrot 
3.6.0 is in the archive.

The package can be found on mentors.debian.net:
- URL: http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/r/rakudo
- Source repository: deb-src http://mentors.debian.net/debian unstable main 
- dget http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/r/rakudo/rakudo_0.1~2011.07-1.dsc

and of course on git [0].

Dominique, when you have some time, could you please have a look?

Btw, it seems that the current rakudo version in the archive doesn't play
well with the new parrot (it doesn't even start).
