After 4 more uploads (and as much more patches) it finally appears to be building
fine on most of the architectures. It still fails on ia64, s390 and s390x but
that's expected because they really are not supported by dyncall (used by nqp)
and on hurd, because there's not parrot there.

So, the next step is to actually uplaod rakudo, which I'll do once nqp hits the
mirrors and rakudo can be built with it. We'll also need to request removal of
rakudo from ia64 s390 and s390x too since it won't build there either, but IMO
it's not really a big problem.

After this I'd just wait for the whole thing (parrot+nqp+rakudo) to migrate
into testing and then re-start talking about getting a new release uploaded.
