Heh, the © owner got cute and modified the 3rd BSD clause this way:

the original is:

3. Neither the name of the copyright holder nor the names of its contributors 
may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without 
specific prior written permission.

The modified clause actually allows one to use his name. The usual 3rd BSD 
clause is reversed. 

Since this clause does not bring any restriction, I think this file should 
stay as BSD-2-clause.
