Fixing issues found in current buildd logs for moarvm

There is two issues found by the buildd log scanner in the current
Tobias Leich made a commit to fix the pointer-cast-size-mismatch, it
will be in the next MoarVM package, I don't think making a new 2015.06-3
package with a patch is necessary.
The dpkg-buildflags-missing worry me a little more.
It happens only on kfreebsd-amd64 and I'm not sure to understand this
I run blhc on the log output and get:
LDFLAGS missing (-Wl,-z,relro -Wl,-z,now): gcc -O3 -DNDEBUG -g3 \
-D_REENTRANT -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -fPIC -g -O2 \
-fstack-protector-strong -Wformat -Werror=format-security \
-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -DMVM_TRACING=0 -DMVM_CGOTO=1 \
3rdparty/dynasm/minilua.c -o 3rdparty/dynasm/minilua \
-ltommath -latomic_ops -lm -lpthread -lkvm -lrt -ldl
It looks like minilua.c is not build on other architectures as I do not
find occurrence of it in logs.
 Line wrap by me
