New MoarVM, NQP and Rakudo packages (2016.07)

Speaking on #perl6 at freenode, moritz and timotimo point me[1][2] to this idea:

    maybe some test are too long or a command is hanging, then the build
    process kill it after a timeout

Do we have the possibility to do the build by hand to see what's
happening in the schroot?
